Development allows for the manifestation of a design to take place. With this phase, the designer may realize certain limitations of a tool that constrict the original plan, or conversely, certain features which expand possibilities. A variety of tools that can be leveraged during development, catering to the needs and goals of the learners, the designer, and the context in which they’ll be operating.

Custom Facilitator Guides
CMR Institute – 2022-present
We offer several custom print resources to support life science customers around annual meetings, product launches, cohort calls, and more. As many trainers lead full lives and may not have time to take all designated modules, our facilitator guides include a synthesized summary of each pathway featuring key takeaways from the modules. The guides also feature content-specific discussion questions to engage learners and gauge learners' recall, as well as practical tips and strategies for before, during, and after a meeting.
My role in developing these guides has been one of continuous improvement; originally, our guides were designed to reflect 1-2 modules rather than ~10 modules; many discussion questions were fairly broad, and guidance for facilitators was minimal. Qualitative feedback on the updated guides has been positive.

CMR Institute / LTEN - Summer 2023
I researched, wrote, developed, delivered and recorded this presentation geared toward life science trainers and educators. The need arose from hearing learning transfer is a common paint point for life science teams -- they may be familiar with the concepts, but applying them is a different story. This recorded was well-received and resulted in lead generation and sales for CMR.
CMR Institute - Summer 2023
I worked with 2 colleagues to record interviews of 4 members of CMR's Board of Directors. I assisted in the set up of our makeshift studio (ie. lighting, tripods, props, etc.), I oversaw recording video and audio of the secondary camera and I edited two of the individual interviews — one with Mark Sorrentino and one with Tim Kerns. While more of a marketing initiative, these videos still offer thought leadership and instructional value.

While smart watches are ubiquitous, they're not infallible. Knowing the old-fashioned way of checking heart rate is an essential skill for adults committed to monitoring their health.
